Course Overview
Creedons College have designed the Practical Dog Grooming course with the needs of the learner in mind. We have created a programme that has had extremely high satisfaction rates and a high ratio of graduates going on to become professional dog groomers.
This course is;
- Delivered on weekends, facilitating those working fulltime, or travelling from a distance
- Just three months long, meaning you will be ready to groom professionally in next to no time
- Intense classroom sessions, maximising the learning outcome of each session to ensure that your knowledge and skills develop rapidly
- Focused on facilitating a warm, friendly, inclusive learning environment where strong life long friendships are made while sharing a love for dog care.

Start Date
This course runs four times a year. Courses usually fill approximately 2 months prior to start date so if you are interested in enrolling then don’t delay.

Duration
The course is delivered in two stages.
Stage 1 focuses on the Theory content of the programme, and is delivered via blended learning. Learners are given access to their online portal 6 weeks prior to the classroom commencement date.
In that portal, you will be able to view the pre-recorded webinars for each module, as well as access your course manuals.
Next, the skills content of the programme is delivered through face-to-face classroom sessions, with small class sizes.
The classes are delivered in 8 intensive weekends, 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, over a 3 month period.

Deposit
Your €100 holding deposit is refundable if you withdraw from the course at least 6 weeks prior to the first classroom date. Alternatively, if you apply for the course less than 6 weeks prior to the first classroom date, your €100 holding deposit is refundable if you withdraw within 72 hours of ordering.
Cost
This course costs €2999, and includes a full starter dog grooming kit valued at over €400 that is yours to keep
