Refund Options

Workshops and Courses

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure that all learners receive one to one attention. We aim to keep prices as low as possible, and often require a workshop or course to sell out to allow us to cover the costs involved. This is why there is a strict cancellation policy.

All bookings have a 24hr cooling off period.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior to the course / workshop commencement date. After the 6 week cut off date course fees are non refundable.

It is important that learners ensure that they will be able to commit to the course prior to making a booking. Any concerns should be discussed with the College prior to making a booking as refunds cannot be made other than the below incidents.

Online Courses

Online courses are non refundable as 100% of the course is provided to the learner immedately upon purchase.

Cancellation of Course

We will endeavour to avoid cancellations of a course. However, should the College be forced to cancel a course then all learners will receive a 100% refund of payments made to date.
