Booking Deposit
A €200 deposit will hold your place on any course or workshop. Once you secure your place on the workshop you must liaise with the Creedons College accounts department to arrange a payment plan agreement for the outstanding balance. Once the payment plan has been agreed then, provided payment installments are met, your position will be secured on the course.
Failure to meet agreed payment dates will result in the loss of your place on the course. No refund will be issued of payments to date.
Change of Dates
We will attempt to avoid changing dates of our courses are workshops, however it is a condition of purchase that dates may be subject to change and we will notify you as soon as possible should dates need to be rescheduled.
Pre-Payment Discount
Some courses allow a discounted rate when the full cost of the course is paid prior to the beginning of the course. This discount will not apply if the booking has not been paid for in full upon the first day of class. Should the learner book a place on the course intending to pay in full prior to the commencement of the course, and be offered the pre-payment discount, this discount will be revoked if payments have not been made in full on or before the first day of the programme.
Payment Plan
All learners are permitted to enter into an agreed payment plan to allow for installment payments to spread the cost of the course.
A minimum of 25% of the course fee must be made prior to the course commencement date.
A minimum of 50% of the course fee must have been made once the course reaches the halfway point.
The full 100% payment must have been made two weeks prior to the final class date.
If payment has not been made in full by two weeks prior to the final class date then the learner will not be permitted to complete the course, nor receive certification.
Refund Options
Workshops
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure that all learners receive one to one attention. We aim to keep prices as low as possible, and often require a workshop to sell out to allow us to cover the costs involved. This is why there is a strict cancellation policy.
All payments made will be refunded should the booking be cancelled 1 month prior to the course start date minus a €5 handling fee.
50% of the course fee will be refunded should the booking be cancelled 14+ days prior to the course start date. Should payments made to date be less than 50% of the course fee then no refund will be issued.
0% of the course fee will be refunded for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the course start date.
Courses
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure that all learners receive one to one attention, and have the opportunity to build a relationship with their tutors. Course prices are also intentionally kept as low as possible to ensure that learners can access the course.
It is important that learners ensure that they will be able to commit to the course prior to making a booking. Any concerns should be discussed with the College prior to making a booking as refunds cannot be made other than the below incidents.

50% of the course fee will be refunded should the booking be cancelled 14 days prior to the course start date. Should payments made to date be less than 50% of the course fee then no refund will be issued.
0% of the course fee will be refunded for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the course start date.
0% of the course fee will be refunded for learners who fail to complete the course.
Cancellation of Course
We will endeavour to avoid cancellations of a course. However, should the College be forced to cancel a course then all learners will receive a 100% refund of payments made to date.
Learner Profile
Learners for Creedons College course must be 17 years or older on the date of the first class.
All learners must have email access and must be computer and internet savvy.
All learners must be fully committed to the course they are enrolled in and must allow for a minimum of 10 hours weekly commitment to study.
Breach of Code of Conduct
Should a learner be expelled from a course for breach of Code of Conduct there will be no refund of course fees paid to date.
Repeating a Programme or Module
Should you be required to repeat a module or course then a fee will apply. The fee is varied and will be explained to you by your tutor.
Prices Subject to Change
Prices advertised on our website are subject to change at any time. While every attempt is made to avoid any errors in prices advertised, human error can occur.
If you have purchased a course or workshop at the incorrect price we will notify you as soon as the error has been noticed, and offer you the option to take a full refund.
